The Chains

The Chains started as a one-off tribute to Terry Hall's place in ska music, but after a memorial concert at Loppen made the band's chemistry impossible to ignore, the project became permanent. The lineup brings together musicians from several generations of the Danish ska and reggae scene - drawn from acts including Leo & The Lineup, The Courettes, Napoleon Solo, Von Dü, and Fall Back Down.

Though the band was founded as a tribute to Terry Hall and The Specials, they quickly moved into writing original material. Their debut album 'Crying On The Dancefloor' appeared in 2024, followed by 'Be Careful What You Wish For' in 2026, with both records drawing attention well beyond Denmark.

Also on the bill: Skaface 2.0, veterans of the Copenhagen ska scene, returning with a new concept.

Standing concert. If the show sells out in advance, no tickets will be available at the door. Doors open one hour before the concert.
