The Julekalender

The Julekalender - Weihnachtskomödie: 15. Dezember – 17. Dezember 2026, Aalborghallen, Aalborg.

This stage version of The Julekalender follows the story as it was shown on TV. The three nisser, Frits, Hansi and Günther, are sent to an old nisse cave in Jutland near Oluf and Gertrud Sand's house, where they must find the key to the music box that keeps the nisse Gammel Nok alive. They carry with them Den Store Bog, which holds answers to almost everything and must never fall into the hands of the villainous Nåsåer. One day a mysterious man named Benny knocks on Oluf and Gertrud Sand's door, and he has his own schemes. Gertrud's big box of Christmas decorations and "æ mistelten" make a return appearance. Gordon Kennedy, Jesper Lohmann and Christian Damsgaard play the familiar characters.
