Sound meditation with Anne Viese at Oasen, Nuets Center in central Odense - Monday, November 16, 17:00-18:30. This session is especially for those who struggle to feel grounded because they spend too much time in their head.

You will learn simple techniques to bring your awareness into your body while singing bowls and sound bowls create vibrations - sounds, harmonies, and frequencies that help calm the mind. No prior experience is needed, just bring yourself and either lie on the floor or bring a yoga mat.
