Mercy Ships

On January 28, 2027, a volunteer from Mercy Ships will visit to share the organization's work and show pictures and video from the hospital ships.

Since 1978, Mercy Ships has provided medical aid to those in need through floating hospitals. Volunteers from more than 60 nations contribute their professional expertise aboard the two hospital ships Global Mercy and Africa Mercy - the latter being the former Danish Great Belt ferry Dronning Ingrid. A multinational volunteer crew provides medical care to some of the world's poorest populations.
