International Citizen Day

Every year, International Citizen Day brings together international residents in Herning - and everyone else curious about the community - for a day with local organizations, associations, and leisure activities.

The programme features Living Library sessions, where volunteer "living books" share their personal stories in small groups. There is also a Kendo demonstration (Japanese martial art), Latin Dance with Herning Latin Dance, and a competition with prizes.

No registration required. When the official programme ends, informal networking continues at Fox & Hounds. Organized by Herning Municipality and Herning Libraries in collaboration with International Society.
