We Love Bees! Eat and Quiz

On Tuesday, September 1st, bees take centre stage when Trekanten invites you to a communal dinner and bee quiz with prizes. The evening's host is Ulla Pedersen, who keeps beehives at home.

The menu features honey as a key ingredient: honey-marinated chicken fillet with sesame and honey-glazed vegetables, a vegetarian dish with stuffed squash and legumes, pan-fried potatoes with lemon sauce, and the dessert Bienenstich - a German honey cake.

Doors open at 17:30, where guests set the long tables and buy drinks themselves. Food is served at 18:00. Afterwards, Ulla gives a talk about bees' role in pollination and their importance for the ecosystem, and then the quiz begins.
