Tired of swiping? This is your afternoon. We've all been there - hours of swiping, conversations that fizzle after three weeks, matches you never meet. The truth is, chemistry doesn't happen in a chat. It happens when you sit across from each other - when you laugh at the same things, and there's something in the air that no app can measure. Meet & Mingle is a singles event for you over 40 who'd rather feel it than write about it. We're taking over Jet Coffee & Cocktails in Herning entirely and filling the bar with 40 singles just as tired of apps as you are. No swiping. No performance pressure. Just real people, good drinks, and an afternoon where anything can happen.

How it works: You'll be welcomed at the door with a welcome drink in hand - especially if you're coming alone (most people do). The afternoon is structured so conversation flows naturally. Conversation rounds in small groups: you sit at a table with 5-6 others and use conversation cards to break the ice. After each round, we rotate, so you meet new faces - no one gets stuck in a conversation that isn't working. Music quiz in teams: this is where the facade drops. You compete against other tables on hits you've danced to - and there are prizes for the winning team. This is where people start laughing together. Match round: at the end, you discreetly note who you'd like to stay in touch with - romantically or just as a new friend. If you've chosen each other, you get each other's contact details the next day. No one else finds out. No rejection. Nothing awkward. And afterwards? The bar stays open, and you get 20% off for the rest of the day and evening. Experience shows that's where the best conversations continue.
