A sound bath with meditation at Oasen, Nuets Center in central Odense - designed especially for those whose minds race and struggle to feel grounded. Anne Viese guides you through simple techniques to bring awareness into your body using sound, harmonies, and frequencies from singing bowls while you lie on a mat or bring your own. No experience needed - just a willingness to lie still and listen.

The session takes place Monday 17:00-18:30. Registration links are available for October 19, November 2, November 16, and November 30.

About the venue: Oasen - Nuets Center

Oasen - Nuets Center is a wellness and therapy house on Thorsgade in Odense, where massage therapists, coaches, yoga teachers and other practitioners rent space on a full- or part-time basis. The centre has seven treatment rooms and a 60 m² hall with changing and shower facilities. Events include yoga, Qi Gong, lectures, meditation and sound sessions, so clients can access a range of treatments under one roof.
