You & Your Baby - Baby Prints

Hovedbiblioteket arranges baby prints in collaboration with Art By Me, where you and your baby create a hand or footprint on either a mug or a plate. One ticket costs 150 kr. and covers one adult and one child. An extra adult can participate as a helper at no additional cost.

The event takes place in Børnelab, which has a baby lounge area for play and rest, as well as a creative station for background painting and the printing itself. The paint is water-based and gentle on the skin - it washes off with water and soap, both on clothes and skin. There is a hand-washing station in the room.

Once the mug or plate is finished, it is sent for firing at Art By Me on Vesterbro Torv, from where you can pick it up. The plate can be used as a coaster or hung on the wall.
