Rock Talks: Pink Floyd

Rock Talks is a lecture series where words, images, sound clips and anecdotes illuminate music history. This evening focuses on Pink Floyd - their triumphs, conflicts, scandals, masterpieces and the concerts that left their mark on both Danish and international music history.

Lecturer Thomas Ulrik Larsen has given over 350 music lectures since 2012 and is one of Denmark's most experienced music educators. He has previously written for Gaffa, Musikeren, Ud & Se, Politiken and Swedish MM, and is also a music teacher, guitarist and songwriter with four album releases under the alias Lysår.

Thomas is a devoted Pink Floyd expert: he was a co-host on DR P6 Beat in the programme "P6 Beat elsker Pink Floyd" and in autumn 2023 was attached to Østre Gasværk Teater as official music educator in connection with the theatre's production of "The Wall" under the title "Another Brick in the Wall pt. 5".
