HAPPY HOUR is a DYNAMO co-production and a circus performance about the morning after the night before. Has anyone ever been to a bar and stopped at just one drink? And what do you do the morning after, when work is calling?

The performance is an ode to the cold north and its social culture - it tackles the contradictory relationship with alcohol and the strange, awkward situations that Nordic nightlife can offer. Juggling, physical comedy and acrobatics blend with live music and Nordic stereotypes.

HAPPY HOUR is presented in collaboration with Teater Momentum.

About the venue: Dynamo - Workspace for circus and performing art

DYNAMO opened in January 2017 in a converted grain warehouse at Odense Harbour and serves as a stage and workspace for contemporary circus and physical performing arts. Its 1,300 m² accommodate 15-20 national and international circus companies in residency each year, alongside guest performances, work-in-progress showings and masterclasses. The venue was founded by circus artists Gry Lambertsen and Rune Vadstrøm Andersen and hosts the annual DYNAMO Circus Festival.
