Artists Jakob Jacobsson and Anna Ting Nissen Bech share their artistic practice and discoveries from a peer-to-peer exchange within Nordic contemporary circus.
DYNAMO opened in January 2017 in a converted grain warehouse at Odense Harbour and serves as a stage and workspace for contemporary circus and physical performing arts. Its 1,300 m² accommodate 15-20 national and international circus companies in residency each year, alongside guest performances, work-in-progress showings and masterclasses. The venue was founded by circus artists Gry Lambertsen and Rune Vadstrøm Andersen and hosts the annual DYNAMO Circus Festival.
