The Blind Date
Teater Momentum, Odense · 0–200 kr. · ≈ 27 €
THE BLIND DATE is a comedy about chemistry and love with a simple concept: neither the main character nor the actor on stage knows who they will meet that evening. Who knows - maybe it's the night you're in the audience that he finds the one?
The performance follows a man's attempt to find love. His match is revealed only in the second the performance begins, and both actors have received only minimal instructions beforehand. The result is improvisation and live staging that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats: will there be friction or sweet harmony? The performance is inspired by the Australian/American comedy The Blind Date Project.
Directed by: Jesper Pedersen. Cast: Mathias Bøgelund and others. Costumes: Claudia Leander Bornedal. Photography: Emil Indiana Holm.
