A children's performance that blends music, theatre and storytelling based on Saint-Saëns' festive Carnival of the Animals. The pianists from Duo Capriz play on the grand piano while the animals come alive on stage - and children are welcome to dance and move along.

The performance is primarily for children aged 2-6, but everyone is welcome. Feel free to come dressed as your favourite animal, and bring parents, grandparents or a teddy bear. Children under 2 enter free.

The concert is sponsored by Frederiksbergfonden.

About the venue: Metronomen

Metronomen is Frederiksberg's self-run music venue, where artists and organisers book the space and handle their own concerts from start to finish. The building has stood beside Aksel Møllers Have since 1996, originally built as an exhibition hall during the European Capital of Culture year. It has two ground-floor rooms - a larger hall seating around 85 and a smaller domed room for about 30.
