ARE YOU HOME? - Premiere 1

Nearly 50,000 young people in Denmark live in poverty, according to research by the Egmont Foundation, Save the Children, Dansk Folkehjælp, and Mødrehjælpen. Yet these children's reality receives little attention in public debate. Growing up with limited means can mean increased family responsibility, loneliness, and unequal treatment in the school system.

In 'ARE YOU HOME? - Stories of Economic Hardship', we meet young people who grew up in homes marked by economic struggle. At this premiere, Chance, Elyas, Maite, and Rim share their upbringing - openly and courageously sharing experiences that can create new insights and help reduce isolation.

The performance lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and is followed by a Q&A where the audience can ask questions of the storytellers. Afterwards, there is a reception in the foyer.
