Teater Momentum invites you to a contemplative break from the pace of everyday life when the doors open to an hour of immersive sound bathing. Here you can settle after the day's tasks and give both body and mind the chance to find rest in the theatre's special setting. LYDBAD is facilitated live by sound designer Cecilie Dahlin, who uses crystal bowls, tuning forks, and other overtone instruments to create a vibrant and meditative soundscape. The organic tones move through the space and invite presence, relaxation, and inner stillness. Audiences are encouraged to bring a warm blanket or large scarf so the body stays comfortably warm throughout.
