Three Greenlandic Women Monologues

Three Greenlandic Women's Monologues is an evening-long performance featuring three Greenlandic actresses in new Greenlandic drama. Each monologue offers its own perspective on life as a Greenlandic woman in Denmark - about longing, everyday racism, linguistic quirks, and being held responsible for your country's problems, whether at a party or in a fleeting encounter on the beach.

The language is touching, harsh, and funny, and the three women unfold themselves in song, poetry slam, and rapped dialogue. With both humor and seriousness, the monologues focus on identity, prejudice, and cultural clashes - and on the people behind the clichés.
