Chef Michael Hansen from Kulinarisk Sydfyn has composed a menu inspired by selected texts about food. The texts are read aloud in passages between courses.

The ticket includes the evening's meal and coffee afterwards. Other beverages are available for purchase.

About the venue: Svendborg Bibliotek

Svendborg Bibliotek on Svinget is the city's main public library and cultural centre, lending books, films, music and digital materials. It runs author events, lectures and workshops for all ages, and every other year in week five it hosts the CREATE Festival, dedicated to comics, games and animation. The library also manages Bertolt Brecht's House in Skovsbo and Johannes Jørgensen's House in Fruestræde.
