Listening Club: Greenwich Village II

In spring's listening club, we didn't make it all the way around Greenwich Village, so now we're taking another round. This time we'll also pass through Denmark and other places where folk music experienced a revival.

Greenwich Village was an epicenter for folk music in the 1960s and a gathering place for artists like Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, and Simon and Garfunkel. We listen to the music and hear the stories behind it - including the lesser-known ones.

The music librarian plays records and tells music history. You're welcome to bring your own favorite records and share what they mean to you.
