Omar and Dagmar Grow Something

Svendborg Library presents an exhibition of illustrations from the picture book "Omar and Dagmar Grow Something", written by Trine Bundsgaard and illustrated by Signe Kjær.

The book tells the story of Omar and Dagmar, who grow flowers and vegetables on Omar's balcony - but the space is too cramped. They begin to cultivate a plot of land beneath the balcony, until the vice-caretaker appears and proves far less enthusiastic about the project. The exhibition also offers practical ideas for creating your own garden, large or small.

Admission is free - just drop by. The exhibition is located in the library's courtyard.
