The Comic Café presents short film clips that bring comic books and graphic novels to life with sound and music. The works are selected from artists participating in the CREATE festival 2027.

The event is free but requires advance registration. Venue: Havestuen.

About the venue: Svendborg Bibliotek

Svendborg Bibliotek on Svinget is the city's main public library and cultural centre, lending books, films, music and digital materials. It runs author events, lectures and workshops for all ages, and every other year in week five it hosts the CREATE Festival, dedicated to comics, games and animation. The library also manages Bertolt Brecht's House in Skovsbo and Johannes Jørgensen's House in Fruestræde.
