STRØM TIL SCENEN Part 2 is an opportunity for local bands with primarily original material to perform live in a professional setting. Kulturhuset Elværket provides the stage, sound, lighting, and technical support - plus a bar.

Bands should be able to play approximately 45 minutes. If that's you, the stage is yours.

About the venue: Kulturhuset Elværket

Kulturhuset Elværket occupies Frederikssund's former municipal power station, built in 1914 and converted into a cultural centre in 1994 by the architectural firm Mangor & Nagel. It is run by Elværksforeningen, a private user association of around 130 member groups. The building holds a main hall for up to 250 people, a café with rotating art exhibitions, and two smaller meeting rooms. Music, theatre, lectures and courses fill the programme - typically more than 1,000 events a year.
