Bikepacking in Greenland lecture: Thursday 29 October 2026, 19:30, Kulturhuset Nødebo Kro, Fredensborg. Admission is free.

This lecture takes the audience on a cycling journey through Greenland's harsh landscape. Along the way, the speaker describes the country, how nature is changing drastically in recent years, and what consequences this has for the local population.

About the venue: Kulturhuset Nødebo Kro

Kulturhuset Nødebo Kro is a volunteer-run community hall and cultural venue in the village of Nødebo. Local residents bought the disused inn in 1977 and converted it into a community house, which has been kept going by hundreds of volunteers ever since. The association Forsamlingshusets Venner puts on 30-40 concerts and talks each year, covering jazz, rock, folk, classical and world music, drawing audiences from across North Zealand. The programme includes Sunday afternoon concerts and Friday evening Mad & Musik events with dinner.
