Learn to Sharpen, Maintain and Use a Scythe

The scythe instructors who run all our scythe workshops will show you how to best care for a scythe, sharpen it and maintain its edge. Bring your own scythe if you have one and practice becoming familiar with the techniques. The instructors will also demonstrate how to adjust the scythe and how to stand and move for the most efficient grass cutting. The entire event takes place outdoors in Kurt's garden, so dress appropriately for the weather.
