Pull a Tree in Russia
Tegners Museum, Dronningmølle
We are removing self-seeded oak and conifer trees from the heathland to preserve the beautiful and diverse heather vegetation for the benefit of the animals and insects that live there.
Everyone can participate and contribute to the conservation of this beautiful natural area. This year we are organizing special activities for families with children, and we will bring various field guides so you can learn more about the animals you encounter in the heathland. You don't need to bring a shovel or other tools - we provide everything. Just bring work gloves.
We meet on Sunday, August 23rd from 10:00 to 13:00 at the car park by Tegners Museum (Museumsvej 19, 3120 Dronningmølle), where you will receive a brief introduction to the day's work and be given the tools you need. No registration required.
As thanks for your help and shared effort, we finish with a sandwich and water at the museum's café.
