Family Day at Store Vildmose

Join us for a family day exploring birds and small animals around Vildmoseporten. Throughout the day, you can build birdhouses, enjoy a bonfire, and take part in small competitions. There are guided tours of the approximately 350-hectare newly created wetland on both sides of Biersted Mosevej, as well as access to the viewing platform with views over the high bog.

Vildmoseporten's exhibition about Store Vildmose is open all day with stories for both children and adults.

Dough for making snobrød (traditional Danish bread cooked over a fire) is provided for the children. Feel free to bring drinks and food to enjoy at one of the site's tables and benches.
