Annual Meeting 2026

The first part of the annual meeting opens with Søren Lerche, chair of Hillerød Municipality's Environment, Nature and Climate Committee, presenting the committee's vision for nature and climate in the municipality. This session lasts one hour and covers the following topics:

• Municipal biodiversity 🦋
• Whether beavers are still welcome 🦫
• Space for more trees in the municipality 🌳
• Whether Hillerød can achieve CO2 neutrality by 2040 🌑

The second part of the annual meeting continues after a short break. Only members have voting rights, and the agenda and elections follow the association's bylaws. Proposals must be submitted to the board no later than 14 days before the meeting.
