Culture and Cocktail - The Middle Ages

Three of Kulturhuset's institutions come together for an evening exploring the Middle Ages.

Museum Østjylland tells the story of medieval Randers - a bustling trading town with connections throughout Jutland and to foreign merchants. Randers Library explores medieval games and tales of fate and love, drawing on the story of Liden Kirsten. Randers Art Museum examines how artists around 1900 rediscovered the Middle Ages and made its kings and heroes into symbols of Danish history and identity.

Cocktails with mead are served for the occasion.
