The course 'Learn All About 10 Red Grape Varieties' gives you a fundamental understanding of red wine - from production methods and the most important grape varieties to glass types, serving, and food pairing. You'll also learn which wines suit different seasons throughout the year.

During the tasting, you'll explore Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Blaufränkisch - plus several grape varieties you've probably never encountered before.

The instructor is Mads Jordansen. Maximum 24 participants. The course is held in collaboration with FO-Aarhus.
