Art and Literature: Sissel-Jo Gazan

In connection with the current exhibition Ulydig - Kroppen i Punk, we have invited Sissel-Jo Gazan for a conversation about punk, literature, art and identity-creation based on her literary work, with particular focus on the novel Blækhat.

The conversation will be accompanied by short readings from Gazan's work and will be a personal reflection on the punk era, its rebellion against and criticism of authorities, and a look at the subcultural environments created in the 1980s in Aarhus and Copenhagen.

The conversation is moderated by author and journalist Puk Qvortup.
