When Thoughts Are Loud - Workshop for Children and Parents
1. Hovedbiblioteket, Randers · 50 kr. · ≈ 7 €
This workshop is designed for children aged 8-12 and their parents who want to understand more about what happens inside us - and between us.
The programme alternates between short talks and group exercises, with language tailored to children's everyday lives. Topics include why thoughts can feel overwhelming, how thoughts connect to feelings and actions, and what parents and children can do to better meet each other's needs. There is no expectation that anyone will share personal experiences in the group - instead, you'll go home with practical knowledge and mental tools for everyday use.
The workshop takes place in Pontoppidan's lounge on the 2nd floor, Randers Library, Stemannsgade 2, 8900 Randers C. Questions can be directed to Rebecca Jepsen.
