Description was written before the event

This morning welcomes babies, new parents, and city history when we hold a special city walk in Hillerød followed by a visit to Hillerød City Museum. Bring your baby and pram or baby carrier and join us for a relaxed morning walk through Hillerød town centre.

About the venue: Hillerød Bymuseum

Hillerød Bymuseum is a three-storey city history museum set on Jægerbakken in the grounds of Frederiksborg Slotshave. It traces Hillerød's story from a small medieval village to the castle town that grew up around Frederiksborg Slot in the mid-1500s, and on to the present day. On the first floor, "Tidens Gade" recreates everyday life in the 19th and 20th centuries through reconstructed shops, workshops and living rooms. The basement houses Grafisk Museum, dedicated to hand and machine typesetting. The museum is part of Museum Nordsjælland.
