Little Ones Singing Together

Every year, kindergarten children from across Randers Municipality gather for Små Synger Sammen - a shared singing day that was first held in 2008, when approximately 50,000 children participated nationwide. This year's theme is "Krible, krable", and the children have been rehearsing the songs in the weeks leading up to the event.

The stage is set at Jens Otto Krags Plads behind Kulturhuset, where the children's rock band "A-Lene med Drengene" provides the music. The band consists of Lene Johnsen (vocals and keyboards) - a singing teacher, piano teacher and conductor of four choirs by day - as well as Peter Elmelund on electric guitar, Niels-Ole Husum on bass and Thomas Ingemann on drums, all from Randers.

Everyone is welcome to sing along, whether you come as a child, parent or grandparent. The event is organized in collaboration between the daycare facilities in Randers, Randers Eventsekretariat, Ran-Mix and Randers Børnebibliotek.
