The Poetry of the Seasons: Winter

Early on the morning of January 16, 2027, participants gather at Udbyhøj Strand for a two-hour outdoor programme from 08:00 to 10:00. Pernille Thoustrup Jensen and Mai Kordelin Paulsen lead the event, which features a sunrise, a shared New Year greeting, and readings of winter poetry.

Winter is one of four parts in the series The Poetry of the Seasons, which also includes Autumn (24.09.2026), Spring (27.04.2027), and Summer (18.06.2027). Across the seasons, the series combines literature and nature - with forest bathing, walks, tree poetry, and poetry readings under the open sky.
