Monsters, Madness and Magical Stories

The event takes place in the Torvet room at Kolding Library and offers children a day of stories, monsters and creative work.

Programme:
10:00: Workshop with children's author Emil Landgreen
11:30: Monster Madness
12:00: Monster Hunt

In the workshop, the children themselves steer the story - through read-alouds and activities they choose the plot and help shape the narrative. Emil Landgreen talks about how he creates, draws and writes his books.

Afterwards, the children make their own "WHAT DO YOU DO?"-books using a simple system that makes it easy to get started. Both the books and the system they take home so they can continue working on the ideas.
