Appetite for Books: We Are All Different

Anthropologist and author Christian Groes gives a lecture on his book "We Are All Different - Neurodivergent in a Normative Society". Librarians share book recommendations, and throughout the evening you can embroider on decorated tablecloths and make your own "This Is Why I'm Different" badge.

The evening concludes with rebel bingo, where rebels are drawn from a bag and you can win book prizes. Plant-based food is served - feel free to bring a bucket or bag for any leftovers, but note that you are responsible for proper cooling and storage when taking food home.

Christian Groes is an anthropologist and researcher. In addition to "We Are All Different", he has previously published "If Only My Boss Were a Chief" and is a member of the EU's equality council.
