Description was written before the event

In the summer of 2024, Keir Starmer moved into 10 Downing Street as leader of a new Labour government - after 14 years of Conservative rule in Britain.

About the venue: Kino Kultur

KINO Kultur is Ringsted's volunteer-run art-house cinema at Tinggade 9, a venue with an unbroken cinema history stretching back to 1936. When the commercial operator closed in autumn 2019, a group of volunteers founded the association Kino Kultur in January 2020 and reopened after renovation in January 2023. The programme covers art-house and children's films, opera screenings, lectures and concerts.
