Hobby Horse Workshop

Join Nadja from 'Kreativ med Ungerne' at Billund Library for a family Saturday workshop where children create their own hobby horses. Bring a spare sock (size 38-40 works best for the horse head) if you have one.

Together you'll make manes from string and eyes from buttons. You can also sew a bridle and a halter with the horse's name, and decorate your hobby horse with bling, feathers, fabric, ribbons, hair clips, rhinestones, and fabric hearts - or a long braided mane extension with bows.

Tickets cost 25 kr. per child - adults don't need a ticket, and each child can make one hobby horse. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. The workshop takes place in Rumlig and the children's library.

Throughout the day, children can also participate in the children's library treasure hunt with a book prize. No registration needed for the treasure hunt - just show up.
