Hubertus Hunt - Lunch at Halgodt

On Sunday, November 1st, Halgodt hosts a Hubertus Hunt lunch while the hunt takes place in Dyrehaven. The restaurant's chef Lars Malmtoft has prepared a lunch buffet featuring classic Danish ingredients and autumn dishes.

The buffet includes: fried herring with caramelized onions and dill salad, forest salad with shrimp, crab, mussels and pickled cucumbers, plaice fillet with coarse remoulade and lemon, warm liver pâté with bacon, mushrooms and pickled beetroot, veal culotte with roasted peppers and lemon, meatballs with cucumber salad and marinated potatoes, mushroom tarts with rosemary and parmesan, tomato salad panzanella, and apple cake with whipped cream and crunch.

Prices: 370 kr. for adults, 199 kr. for children aged 2-10. Doors open at 11:30, the buffet is ready from the start, and the kitchen is open until 16:00. Halgodt closes at 18:00.
