DR's Book Club - Fredensborg

DR Romanklubben is Denmark's largest reading community, and Fredensborg Library is participating again this year. Together, participants read six new Danish novels selected by DR in consultation with libraries across the country.

The reading group meets six times from December to May - the first Wednesday of each month - to discuss the books and ultimately nominate a winner. It is the book clubs around the country that alone decide which novel wins the DR Novel Prize.

No previous experience with reading groups is required, and it doesn't matter whether you normally read a lot or a little. However, you are expected to read all six books and attend all meetings.
