Harry Potter Day at the library: Saturday 21 November 2026, 10:00–13:00, Fredensborg Bibliotek, Fredensborg. Tickets cost 0–60 kr.

Fredensborg Library hosts a Harry Potter day with activities for children and adults. The programme includes making your own wand, mixing a bubbling magic potion, and solving Hogwarts-themed challenges.

The Owl Kingdom visits, so you can see owls up close - and perhaps hold one if you dare.

You are welcome to come in costume or everyday clothes. The event takes place in the Library and Folketeatret.

About the venue: Fredensborg Bibliotek

Fredensborg Bibliotek is on the first floor of Jernbanegade, a short walk from Fredensborg Castle. It caters especially to families, schoolchildren and students, with a family area for play and read-alouds, a homework zone with whiteboard and sofa, and a newspaper reading room. Beyond books, music and films, local associations can borrow three meeting rooms, and the library regularly hosts talks, workshops and other cultural events.
