Chess for Beginners

Chess player and instructor Lasse Sonne leads a 1.5-hour introductory chess course at Hovedbiblioteket in Herlev. Both complete beginners and those with some experience are welcome.

You will be introduced to the game's fundamental ideas and have the chance to try your hand at the board. Lasse shares what makes chess fascinating and tells the story of his own journey into the world of chess.
