Sunflower Festival - Workshop with Maria Lau Krogh

Visual artist Maria Lau Krogh has created a creative sound-filled activity for every BIG BANG festival. In previous years, participants have made ringing jellyfish, sound fish, stalk-eyes, and rattle-faces - this year the theme is suns, and you can make your own and take it home.

The workshop is open Saturday and Sunday 10:00-16:00 and is for all ages, but younger children need help from an adult. It is part of the BIG BANG festival, so one ticket covers a full festival day. At the info booth, you exchange your ticket purchase for a wristband, giving you free access to all activities and performances where there is space.

BIG BANG is an international family festival focused on music and sound. Festival performances take place at Amager Bio, BETA, Teater ZeBU, and Børnekulturhus Ama'r, all located near the festival grounds. For performances with limited capacity, you can book a spot at the info booth when you arrive. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase on the grounds, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
