As every year, third-graders from Fredensborg School visit the library with a Lucia procession. The lights are dimmed and the students sing.

Afterwards, there are Christmas treats and coffee for those attending.

About the venue: Fredensborg Bibliotek

Fredensborg Bibliotek is on the first floor of Jernbanegade, a short walk from Fredensborg Castle. It caters especially to families, schoolchildren and students, with a family area for play and read-alouds, a homework zone with whiteboard and sofa, and a newspaper reading room. Beyond books, music and films, local associations can borrow three meeting rooms, and the library regularly hosts talks, workshops and other cultural events.
