Esben Kjær explains in this lecture how we have ended up in a situation where our resilience has been weakened, and provides an overview of what spiritual resilience concretely entails. A large part of the lecture is devoted to practical suggestions for how we can strengthen our spirit in the face of war threats, economic uncertainty, and existential anxiety.
