During the autumn break, Fredensborg Libraries are hosting a treasure hunt and creative workshop. At Nivå Mini-Library, children can search for mysterious creatures hidden among the shelves.

At the craft table, the task is to make your own owl - an animal that in many stories appears as a source of ominous sounds in the night, a sorcerer's companion, or a symbol of wisdom and learning.

About the venue: Nivå Mini-Bibliotek

Nivå Mini-Bibliotek is a temporary public library set up in January 2025 while the original Nivå Bibliotek is being rebuilt as part of the Generationernes Hus project. It is expected to move back to permanent premises in 2027. Despite the smaller space, it offers books and magazines for children and adults, daily newspapers, PC access, free wi-fi, and paid printing and copying. Registered borrowers can let themselves in outside staffed hours using their health card and a PIN.
