Sustainability Day: Kristian - On the Trail of Climate

On Saturday, October 3, 2026, Kristian Gintberg visits Biblioteket i Herning as part of Sustainability Day. Based on his book "Kristian on the Trail of Climate", he guides families through the climate crisis and presents 11 concrete climate tips for everyday life.

Kristian is known from DR's Lille Nørd, Ramasjang Mysteriet, and Sommer Summarum. He explores the difference between climate and weather, whether the climate is changing faster now than before, what is caused by nature's own fluctuations versus human-made factors, and how wind turbines, solar energy, and hydropower work. He also addresses the question of whether one can truly be CO2-neutral - or even CO2-negative.
