Junior Book Reviewers is a book club for children aged 9 to 12. Members read and listen to books, make bookmarks, write book reviews, and take quizzes - with popcorn on the table throughout.

The club meets one Tuesday each month, and registration is for a full season at a time. Contact Anni Lauritsen at bibaka@herning.dk to learn more or sign up.

About the venue: Biblioteket i Herning

Biblioteket i Herning opened in August 2014 in the city centre on Østergade, designed by Kristian H. Nielsen and GPP Arkitekterne. At nearly 6,000 m², it houses five kilometres of shelving in the book section known as Dybet, two bookable meeting rooms, a MakerSpace and a café. Beyond lending, the library hosts lectures, cultural events and IT guidance, and also serves as the central library for 19 municipalities in the Central Denmark Region.
