Nature Day in Løvbakkerne

Nature Day brings a range of stands and activities to Løvbakkerne in Herning.

Herning Astronomy Association and DN Herning showcase their work. The Cyclists' Association Herning has a stand with information about their activities. Herning Water informs about water quality in the municipality and the water cycle after use. Herning Municipality's nature and green areas present ongoing projects. The Beekeepers' Association explains how bees make honey. Lando Senior demonstrates how water was pumped in the old days.

The Open-Air Workshop offers a creative workshop with plenty of materials and tools - plus pancakes or popcorn over a campfire. Herning Music School performs at 1 p.m. Nature and outdoor guide Sara Bøndergaard also participates.
