Description was written before the event

Svendborg Library invites everyone interested in volunteering at CREATE Festival 2027 - before, during, or after the festival. Maja, Nanna, Thor and Asbjørn from the library will talk about the upcoming festival and what it means to work as a volunteer. The library provides pizza and drinks.

As a volunteer CoCreator, you are a central part of the festival. No special qualifications are required, but you should be willing to be part of the community and open to different tasks and people.

About the venue: Svendborg Bibliotek

Svendborg Bibliotek on Svinget is the city's main public library and cultural centre, lending books, films, music and digital materials. It runs author events, lectures and workshops for all ages, and every other year in week five it hosts the CREATE Festival, dedicated to comics, games and animation. The library also manages Bertolt Brecht's House in Skovsbo and Johannes Jørgensen's House in Fruestræde.
